Zamru is a tax-exempt organization. Everyone is welcome to participate. We are grassroots and volunteer run, but we still have expenses. We have an annual budget of approximately $16,000 which covers:

Professional musicians who make our services sour
Printed song sheets and audio equipment
Appetizers, beverages, challah, dessert, and paper goods for our communal meals
Website hosting so you can find us
Insurance that protects our community

That's it. No salaries, no overhead. Just the essentials that let us gather monthly and do what we do. We rely solely on participant volunteer contributions to meet the needs of our budget.

Zamru is financed exclusively by contributions from individuals who participate in and enjoy our community. The money you donate will be used to fund operating and programming costs for Zamru. Any size donation is greatly appreciated. Sponsorship options are also available if you wish to honor an individual or commemorate a special occasion.
